1970's Jewel Gowns

From left to right: Jean Muir; Ban-Lon; Trina Lewis and Marjon Couture
Been getting into 70's clothing recently, the cut and drape of the clothes are really form-enhancing and some great unusual bold colours to be found. The Jean Muir feels killer on and I can't wait to go dancing in the Ban-Lon!

With my brother at my cousin's wedding last summer, wearing with sky-high 70's tapestry platforms!

Sleek Sunset

Only had about 5 minutes to take photos in this light, it was a challenge! They remind me a bit of 'Club Silencio' David Lynch's Mullholland DriveX

Leather Rosette on 1930s dress

I got some offcuts of leather and the first thing I've made from them is another rosette! Got lots of ideas of things to make with my stash so watch this space!

In other news I finished my first ever zine last weekend, check out a peek of it here: http://homedreamsdreaming.tumblr.com/
I'm getting 20 copies printed at a local place so if you'd like a free copy let me know and I'll send you one! X
