I made a dress!
I've just completed a 3 week dress-making course here where I made this gypsy dress using second-hand fabric I bought a few years ago. I've got the sewing bug now so I'm making the long-sleeved top version of this dress currently out of vintage fabric I got from here where I now work! If you're ever in the area come by and say hi - we have some amazing vintage/antique/interesting curiosities and the stock is always changing :) x

Leather Rosette on 1930s dress
I got some offcuts of leather and the first thing I've made from them is another rosette! Got lots of ideas of things to make with my stash so watch this space!
In other news I finished my first ever zine last weekend, check out a peek of it here: http://homedreamsdreaming.tumblr.com/
I'm getting 20 copies printed at a local place so if you'd like a free copy let me know and I'll send you one! X
