Cover-Up

Wearing my vintage kimono as a cover-up - feeling cool as a cucumber and not too exposed. What do you guys like to wear to the beach? X

Outfit: Bright!

I'm taking too long over doing a post which lovely Tessie has put me up to, so I'll post this in the meantime. My boobs look a bit too much here, accident of fabric y'know but maybe it works more with the pin-up picture now?! I really like bright colours, gossh yes! X

This gorgeous soft knitted 40s-style jumper is for sale here - the photos don't do it justice really because it has wonderful slightly raised shoulders for a great 40s feel

This is a wonderful completely handsewn 1930s-50s green silk dress, think Kiera Knightley in Atonement but shorter and cuter! The silk is so wonderful and the colour is stunning. It has capey-bits attached to the back of the dress so you can sweep around with elegant dreaminess! It's for sale here for really a rather cheap price for all the work that's gone into it, I'll be really sad to see this one go but it must fly the nest! 

Such a cute pale blue paisley 1960s dress, why has no-one snapped it up already?! It's on ebay at the moment for the bargain price of £4.50 which is a bit ridiculous really, see it here.
